I don’t want to make this document full of fluff and water. I want to be as straightforward as possible to not waste your time.

As I mentioned in my videos I was searching for a job for 8 months. I sent over 900 (912 to be exact) emails with my CV and motivational letters. I got around 20 replies. 0 positive.

And what is even more mind-blowing is that I have 7 years of experience in online marketing and I am also a bachelor in that niche. Crazy right?

So I know how it feels to struggle and sit there not understanding wtf is happening and if this is all just a joke.

I realized that I need to think outside of the box. I need to change something to maximize my chances for at least having more replies even if they are negative.

I came up with three new ideas I needed to implement which I will tell you about now.

The first day after implementing them – 16 minutes after my first outreach email to that company – I got this response. Fucking crazy and unbelievable.

From three new things I did differently, there was a most important one – the video.

I said to myself why not respond to their email with a video? So they can see me, who I am, how I talk, how I think. It would tell them a lot more than my CV and I will be remembered more from all the other people who applied. Like how many people you think are doing this?
